Statement of Claim

A citizen class action against the Crown and Indigenous nations asserting Aboriginal title.

A national class-action pleading drafted on behalf of every Canadian citizen, ratepayer, and registered title holder. The pleading takes the doctrines that produced Cowichan Tribes v Canada (2025 BCSC 1490) — negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, the honour of the Crown, unjust enrichment, approbation and reprobation, restitution for improvements — and applies them uniformly to the citizen side. The numbers are what the doctrine produces when applied on its own terms.
